Classes description

Yoga and Mefitation: Classes start with pranayama and gradually build up into a flowing yoga practice. They include a guided deep relaxation (Yoganidra) and finish with a session of mantra dhyana (concentration on a mantra sound) and meditation while being bathed in the tranquillity of candle light.

Yoga and Elements: Classes start with pranayama and gradually build up into a flowing yoga practice. Each class will focus on one element (Earth, Water, Fire, Air, Space). They will also include a guided deep relaxation (Yoganidra) and they will finish with a session of mantra dhyana (concentration on a mantra sound) and meditation while being bathed in the tranquillity of candle light.

Aerial Yoga The classes draw from the alignment and techniques of yoga, using a hanging Aerial Swing to aid in moving through traditional yoga postures. Using a Yoga Swing helps to decompress the spine and mitigate joint stress as you practice stretches and positions with the support of the swing. Plus, how does Savasana in a hammock sound?

Flowing Yoga The classes will start with pranayama and gradually build up into an uplifting flowing yoga practice. They will incorporate postures to develop strength and balance as well as flexibility. The classes will finish with Yoganidra (yogic relaxation).

Family Yoga A fun and interactive class, designed for both parent and young child (4-8 years old) which improves spatial awareness, co-ordination, creative expression and motor skills. The class includes acroyoga and aerial yoga postures and finishes with a short relaxation
