Aerial yoga classes

find your sense of flying

Aerial Yoga will literally take your yoga practice to new heights. The classes draw from the alignment and techniques of yoga, using a hanging Aerial Swing to aid in moving through traditional yoga postures. Not only do they provide an extra degree of support for helping perfect trickier moves, but they also incorporate a creative take on inversions to help improve circulation. Using a Yoga Swing helps to decompress the spine and mitigate joint stress as you practice stretches and positions with the support of the swing. Plus, how does Savasana in a hammock sound?
