Liability
Yoga includes physical movements as well as an opportunity
for relaxation, and relief of muscular tension. Participation
in the online Yoga classes or any other exercise programmes
offered by Dr. Elena Irena Popa includes, but is not limited
to, participation in meditation techniques, yogic breathing
techniques, and performing various yoga postures and other
physical exercise.
As is the case with any physical activity, the risk of
injury, even serious or disabling, is always present and
cannot be entirely eliminated. By engaging in an online class
you recognize that exercise requires physical exertion, which
may be strenuous and may cause personal injury, including a
small risk of serious injury or death, and you are fully
aware of the risks and hazards involved.
By participating in an online class you acknowledge that
you understand that in yoga classes you will progress at your
own pace. If you experience any pain or discomfort, you will
listen to your body, adjust the posture or come out of it.
You will continue to breathe smoothly. If at any point you
feel overexertion or fatigue, you will respect my bodys
limitations and rest before continuing yoga practice.
Yoga is not a substitute for medical attention,
examination, diagnosis or treatment. It is my responsibility
to consult a physician prior to your participation in the
yoga classes or workshops offered by Dr. Elena I Popa. You
warrant that you are physically fit and have no medical
condition which would prevent your full participation in
these yoga classes, health programmes or workshops.
If you are pregnant, you participate fully at your own risk
and that of my unborn child/children.
In consideration of being permitted to participate in the
online yoga classes, health programmes or workshops, you
agree to assume full responsibility for any risks, injuries
or damages, known or unknown, which you might incur as a
result of participating in the programmes offered by Dr.
Elena I Popa.
In further consideration of being permitted to participate
in the yoga classes, health programmes or workshops, you
knowingly, voluntarily and expressly waive any claim you may
have against Dr. Elena I. Popa for injury or damages that you
may suffer or sustain directly or indirectly as a result of
participating in these programmes. Nor will Dr. Elena I Popa
be liable to you in respect of any other losses arising as a
result of any such personal injury.
Liability For Children and Guardian
This liability applies to guardians and children
participating in online classes offered by Dr. Elena Irena
Popa which include, but are not limited to, participation in
meditation techniques, yogic breathing techniques, and
performing various yoga postures and other physical exercise.
During these classes we (child and guardian) will receive
information and instruction about yoga and health. By
partaking, you recognize that yoga requires physical
exertion, which may be strenuous and may cause physical
injury, and are fully aware of the risks and hazards
involved. You acknowledge that you understand that it is your
responsibility to consult with a physician prior to and
regarding your and your childs participation in any physical
fitness program, including yoga. You warrant that your child
and you have no medical condition that would prevent our
participation in physical fitness activities.
In consideration of being permitted to participate in the
yoga classes, you agree to assume full responsibility for any
risks, injuries or damages, known and unknown, which your
child or/and you might incur as a result of participating in
the program. In further consideration of being permitted to
participate in the yoga classes, you knowingly, voluntarily,
and expressly waive any claim you may have against the
instructor Dr. Elena I Popa, for injuries or damages that
your child or/and you may sustain as a result of
participating in classes or workshops held by Dr. Elena I
Popa.
